The 1/4″ thick steel will handle the weight of your oil tank or gas tank with ease, and the polished aluminum washer / spacer keeps the squish right where you need it. The supplied 5/16″-18 x 1″ chrome button-head allen nestles right in and looks killer. If you want to compress the grommet even more simply file down the end of the spacer.
