Cycle Electric Stator CE-8188 For 1981 – 1988 Harley-Davidson Big Twin Models – OEM 29965-81A

The CE-8188 will fit as stock replacement on 1981 – 1988 Harley-Davidson Big Twin Models. When replacing stator you will need to reuse the stock stator plug housing. If installing this stator on motors without stock 32-amp stator you will need a plug housing. Cycle Electric stators offer insulation able to withstand temperatures of 600 degrees F to eliminate stator burn out and better low speed output to reduce battery discharge at idle. The lower operating temperature leads to a longer service life. Featuring improved plugs that will not swell or separate. This is a direct replacement for Harley-Davidson OEM part #29965-81A. Made in Ohio, USA.
